Privacy Policy

PinEbb (“PinEbb,” “we,” “us”) helps eBay resellers turn the listings they’ve already posted into AI-generated lifestyle pins on Pinterest. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it. It applies to pinebb.com and the PinEbb application.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Contact details. The email address you give us when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• eBay account data. When you connect eBay, we access your active listings, photos, titles, descriptions, and prices through eBay’s official API. This access is read-only — we never edit, end, relist, or reprice your listings.
• Pinterest account data. When you connect Pinterest, we access the boards and account information needed to publish approved pins on your behalf through Pinterest’s official API.
• Generated content. The AI-generated images, captions, and approval decisions you make inside the Hub.
• Usage data. Basic technical information — device, browser, and log data — used to keep the service secure and working.

We use the information above to:

• Read your eBay listings and generate lifestyle pins from them.
• Show you each generated pin for approval before anything is published.
• Publish the pins you approve to your Pinterest account, linking back to your eBay listings.
• Send you account, approval, and service notifications.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account data for advertising.

To create a pin, the product photo from your eBay listing is sent to our AI image partner (FASHN), which places the actual garment on a lifelike model in a fitting scene. These images are generated for the purpose of producing your pins. Every generated image is gated behind your approval — nothing is published until you say so.

We share data only with the providers that make PinEbb work, and only as needed:

• eBay — to read your listings (official API).
• Pinterest — to publish your approved pins (official API).
• FASHN — to generate lifestyle images from your product photos.
• Hosting & email — infrastructure and transactional email providers that host the app and deliver our notifications.

Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its function, and is bound to handle it accordingly. Your use of eBay and Pinterest also remains governed by their own privacy policies.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect eBay or Pinterest, we stop accessing that account. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal information and generated content from our systems, except where we’re required to retain limited records by law. Pins already published to Pinterest stay live on your account unless you remove them there.

You stay in control:

• Approval. No pin is ever published without your explicit approval.
• Disconnect anytime. Revoke our eBay or Pinterest access whenever you like, from PinEbb or from those platforms directly.
• Access & deletion. Request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA — we honor them.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We don’t use them for cross-site advertising.

PinEbb is a tool for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
